We ship from Japan every fortnight, carefully packing each order in batches. Shipping is complimentary on all orders, and we provide up-to-date tracking information through our shipment fulfillment service.

Due to the limited nature of this release, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us upon receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
